I was a blog hop winner a few weeks ago and I had won the Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit. I included a really cute stamp set call Watts Up
I created a few cards with it so far. This first one is definitely my favorite so far.
I heat embossed some clear powder over a background stamp to give the card a little more texture and interest but, otherwise I kept the card clean and simple.
The second card I made was a little more involved. I strung some word stamps together and repeatedly stamped them to create a background for the card. Then I cut squares from patterned paper and slit them nearly all the way from corner to corner to create photo tabs. And finally I paper punched a heart and then coated it in Glossy Accents and hung it from some baker’s twine.
This card is similar to the one I made before it but, I decided to simply mount the image and sentiment onto patterned paper rather than making photo tabs.
I am entering my first card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Keep It Clean and Simple
Happy Stamping,
Mo

p.s, as you have made 3 cards, you can add 3 links to the challenge blog if you like. if you add ?1 and ?2 after the url’s on the linky, for the 2nd and 3rd cards that should work.
Thanks for the tip Lorraine!
