I had to take my daughter to the orthodontist yesterday for her to get braces on her top teeth. The appointment was going to take an hour so I ran over to Tuesday Mornings to see if they had anything good.
And boy, did they have something good! I hit the TPC Studio jackpot! I bought 7 sets of stamps and it only cost $20.05
I had a little time to play around with one of the sets called Rockets and Rayguns, this morning. My card isn’t finished but I thought I would show you what I had so far.
I stamped the stars with ink and then stamped them again with Versamark Ink, so that I could clear emboss them. I stamped the rocket and colored it with Copic Markers. Then I masked off the rocket ship and used my Distress Inks to create the blue background. After that I covered the rocket with Glossy Accents.
When I get home tonight I will flick some water onto the image to distress the sky and when it dries I will stamp the sentiment and mount the image onto a card.
If I have a chance I will post again with the finished card. Otherwise, I will post it tomorrow.
