Mother’s Day Flip Card

I made a fun Flip Card for my mom for Mother’s Day. It was quick and easy to create because, I used two new Sizzix Dies, that I bought for myself for Mother’s Day!

The card itself is die cut using the Sizzix Square Flip-its die and the flower was die cut using the Sizzix 3-D Fringe flower die. In order to make the flower pop up a bit more I crumpled the paper after it was die cut and then I curled the petals with a pencil. The leaves are free form cut and scored with a bone folder. I stamped the sentiment on the Decorative Label Punch from Stampin’ Up.

One of these days I need to break out my video camera and tripod to make a tutorial video but, for now the Iphone mini videos will have to do.
