I am entering these cards into the Paper Sundaes Challenge #106 Clean and Simple. First prize is a $15 gift card from Simson Says Stamp. I tried to make each card with very little visual clutter but, still with a little bit of pop!
Aside from the little bit of stamp masking that needed to be done this card was a breeze to make. I hand wrote the sentiment because I lost a few of the letters from my alphabet stamp set that this lettering is patterned after. Those darn letters are so small I seem to lose more of them every time I use them!
I’m not sure if you can tell from the photo that this butterfly is like a 3D effect on this card. The extra dimension of the butterfly “floating” on top of the card makes this card really punchy in person. The colors are really bright and fun too!
These little bees are so cute! My favorite part about this card is the way the colors are pop against the black background. The glossy balloons are fun too.
I love paper crafts and card making.
