It is amazing how much difference 4 years can make. I can remember standing with Samantha at the bus stop until the bus came each morning. James got a ride to school with our neighbor. The middle school students shared a bus with the High School and the idea of 6th grade James on the bus with “Big, Bad” high schoolers made me nervous. (He was so tiny!) Of course by the time Sam was in 6th grade James was in high school and I knew that high schoolers were not that scary so she rode the bus with her brother. Now they are starting their first day with Sam in 7th grade and James in his Junior year! It’s always so exciting to see the kids on the first day of the school year all dressed up and excited. (By the second week they look a little more disheveled and disinterested) I would love for reader’s to post a photo of your child’s first day of school this year.
James’s feets are still the same!
Oh my gosh, you’re right! His feet did look huge back then. At least he grew into them now.
Wow Bonnie is right. James’s feet then did look HUGE!
